Submission Guideline

How to Submit an Abstract

Complete your abstract submission in six simple steps.

The presenters (oral and poster presentations) will submit abstracts after an online registration. The abstract content will be filled out in the online system.

Create an Account

Please create a new account via the “Sign up” button.

Proceed to Registration

After creating your account, proceed to the registration.

Submit an Abstract

Submit your abstract via the “Log in” button.

Wait for Approval

After receiving an email notification that your abstract is approved, proceed to payment.

Complete Registration

Enter the required information to complete the registration.

Submit Manuscript

Submit the manuscript of proceedings to the conference or journal.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

Please review all requirements carefully before submitting your abstract.

Word Limit

Maximum 250 Words

Abstracts should be submitted online only.

All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English.

The deadline for abstract submission is March 1^st , 2027.

Abbreviations should be defined the first time they appear in your text. Example: United States Pharmacopeia (USP), before being used as an abbreviation only. Abbreviations or their definitions should not be used in the title.

Please avoid complex mathematical formulas. For the symbols ≤ or ≥, type instead <= or >=.

Tables, charts or other graphics may not be included and will be deleted by the editors.

Abstracts may not be longer than 250 words .

Abstract file names should be the registration code. Files that are not named correctly, have an incompatible format, or contain a virus will be rejected.

The scientific committee reserves the right to decide on the final allocation and presentation method.

If you wish to make any corrections to an already submitted abstract or submit other abstracts, you should use your personal access codes. Corrections can only be made until May 1^st , 2027.

The notification of acceptance/rejection of the abstracts submitted will be sent via email by May 1^st , 2027.

If you have not received an e-mail notifying you of the status of your submission by March 1^st , 2027, please include your name, the title of your submission and registration code when contacting the committee.
